0174 Measures against bridging in the powdered sugar hopper
The discharge troubles caused by the rat hole phenomenon and the bridge phenomenon have been resolved!
Here is a case study where our "Brodisk" provided a solution. To prevent discharge issues from the powdered sugar hopper, we installed four Brodisks (BD-15) and sequentially activated each Brodisk using a controller (C-SV4, with four built-in solenoid valves).
